FALL
CLEAN-UP UPDATE:
The
Sunday Fall clean up was a rousing success.
We had a good turn out of parents, students and teachers.
The weather was perfect for a day in the garden. We were able to achieve
all our clean up and transplanting goals and made great strides into the ivy
invasion. Black plastic remains in
place to weaken the remaining ivy between the stairs.
We will be meeting with the school district facilities dept. to address
their slope stability concerns and hope to have a plan in place for the Spring
clean up which will be held in March.
Thanks, Dave Hadaway
COOKIE
DOUGH FUNDRAISER UPDATE:
Cookie
dough delivery will take place Tuesday, Nov. 23rd.
Please make arrangements to pick up your orders on that day, as we do not
have the ability to store or refrigerate cookie dough.
We are in need of volunteers to help organize and deliver orders to the
classrooms. There will be two
shifts: One at 9:00a.m. and another
at 11:00a.m. Please call or email
and let me know what time works best for you. Cori Roed (835-5919) or cori@windermere.com.
We will have extra cookie dough available for purchase.
Let me know what kind you want and I’ll reserve it for you.
Thank you for supporting your PTSA.
Cori Roed

INSTRUMENTAL
MUSIC BOOKS AND SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Several
students still do not have music books this year. If your child is finished with their instrumental music book,
would be please consider donating it?
Band
students are using Standard of Excellence Book 1, and the violins are using
Essential Elements for Strings 2000, Book 1.
However, we’d be very happy to take any other books off your hands as
well!
Thanks,
Toni Reineke
