ANOTHER SCIENCE OPPORTUNITY
Our recent Math/Tech./Science Fair was a big success. Now that the children's interest is so high, I wanted to make you aware of another science opportunity. The Young Inventor's Fair will be held on Saturday, April 20th at the University of Washington from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. The day will give kids a chance to display things they have made, build things from materials available there, visit the College of Engineering's open house, meet Bill Nye the Science Guy, etc. Call Mike Howard at 28l-6550 for details.
NEW INFORMATION NUMBER
The Seattle Public Schools has a new, 24 hour information number. It is 298-7207. This number will give you information on snow days, etc. You might want to keep it handy.
