If you can come for any part of the day please do so and I hope to see your whole family on Thursday evening.

Cook Book Sale
Many of you already have a copy of our wonderful Arbor Heights Cookbook. For those of you who don't (or for those of you would like to give a copy as a gift) they will be on sale for $5.00 during the evening of our Young Author's Conference - Thursday, May 22nd, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Electrician Needed
We are almost ready to begin the wiring project that will bring internet access to many of our classrooms. We would like to find one volunteer who has experience in running wires through walls. We would like to consult with this person for an hour or so before the project begins. If you have expertise in this area, please give me a call (933-5350). We have a project director from Microsoft, but he has a couple of questions. Thanks.

Student Store / Student Recognition Committee
I would like to convene a committee of parents and staff for the purpose of looking at our school's student recognition program. If you would be willing to serve on this committee, please drop me a note or give me a call. We will probably only need to meet once in late May or early June. Thanks.

Community Forum
Reminder: Superintendent Stanford will be holding a community meeting on Tuesday, May 20th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. to talk about all aspects of Seattle Public School. The meeting will be held at Gatewood Elementary School (4320 S.W. Myrtle Street). There will be a question and answer period.

Driveways
Please be careful not to block private driveways when you park near our school.
