Tic-Tech: Sending Mail via CKS from Outside the District

    It has just come to our attention that CKS is rejecting attempts by
    legitimate CKS users to send mail from outside the district. I've verified
    that it is rejecting it as a disallowed relay.

    This function was tested and working late last week. We will investigate to
    determine why it has stopped working. Will keep you posted.
