    Wes,

Yes, Chief Sealth High School will be penalized as well. I and several
students have worked extremely hard to get, distribute and network donated
computers through the 'Computers for Kids' program. These donated computers
varied in their components i.e., no cdroms, 486's to P1, Windows 95 and 7xx Mb
    to 2G hard drives.

We were happy at first to even have them. However, the demands on them and
the fact that they came with no program are making them worth far less than
    the effort.

I will be submitting our Technology Plan this week. If you would like to talk
further about this subject just write or call me at 206/252-8588
