I made a purchase from Graybar this year. I called up and ordered some CAT5
wires. I picked them up at will-call at their Seattle store. I wrote a personal
check and still got the Seattle Schools price. I don't know if this is the
exception or a common practice. I also ordered a hub, they were out of stock, and
I got it within 5 days, delivered to my school, charged on my credit card.
