    --- TIC-TECH message:
    Hi all.

My principal has just make contact with someone
from National Geographic who is interested in setting
up a video-pals type program between our school (Madrona)
and children in Kenya. All of the equipment will be
provided - as I understand it.

We have yet to meet face to face, and before we do I
wanted to ask if anyone knew anything about Video
Conferencing. In particular what sort of bandwidth does
it require? I'm wondering if this is even possible
from our building. Alternatively, does the district
have facilities for this sort of thing?
