    --- TIC-TECH message:
We've had a Mavica 91 camera for almost a year and it's heavily used. It
came back Monday and when I tried to check it out to another teacher today
the LCD panel would not show a picture. I put a fresh newly recharged
battery in it and a disk with pictures on it. The power button lights up
and a tiny "access" indicator light goes on for a few seconds and then goes
off. The LCD panel does not register pictures in the play nor picture modes.

Besides checking and changing the battery and hitting the + on the
brightness button on the left side of the LCD panel (increasing the
brightness), is there anything that you would suggest?

I'm sick that this popular camera may have to go into the shop. Has anyone
else have this happen? Any idea how much to costs to fix? (Depending on
the exact purchase date Sony has said they would cover parts, but not labor)

Thanks for any help you can give.
