    --- TIC-TECH message:
At the Tech Forum there was a discussion about software legality. Winzip, a
popular application for unzipping compressed files for the PC, was mentioned
as an example. It is shareware and to be legal, you should pay. For those
trying to walk the correct path, an alternative would be a free application
from Aladdin who makes the ubiquitous Stuffit Expander for the Mac. They
make a free PC version as well. So far, it's worked for well for expanding
    my downloaded PC files.

You an get it at: http://www.aladdinsys.com/expander/
