    --- TIC-TECH message:
With so many schools beginning to use digital video as a learning tool,
Instructional Technology is presenting an Integrating Technology with
Multimedia class with a VIDEO emphasis Tuesday, June 26th, through Saturday,
June 30th. Paul Larsen will offer this course, aligned with the Teach the
Teachers model, with the support of Peter Klein. It will take place in the
Roosevelt iMac computer lab, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday through
Friday, with a demonstration session on Saturday from 8:00 am to noon.
Video photography skills, storyboard planning, and iMovie editing will be
integral to the course. Participating teachers will complete a standards
based video infused project for use in their classrooms in the fall. Clock
hours and 3 Seattle University credit hours are both available.

If you would like to register for this limited enrollment course, please
reply to Roberta Johnson at rjohnson@seattleschools.org. Include your name,
school, email address, and work phone number, and whether or not you have
access to a digital camcorder that you could bring to the class for your
use. All participants will be charged a $25 materials fee which will
include the cost of tapes and copying, to be paid on the first day of the
