    --- TIC-TECH message:
The SirCam virus has infected numerous machines within the district. SirCam
is a worm that can spread not only by email but also by infecting
unprotected network shares. Because of its ability to spread via unprotected
network shares, it represents a serious threat within the district.

Due to the serious threat this worm represents, Network Operations staff
will immediately block traffic from any district computer doing port scans
    associated with SirCam.

As soon as traffic from an infected machine is blocked, the school's network
analyst will be advised of the problem.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this necessary preventative measure may
    cause.
