--- TIC-TECH message:
I am faced with the three grade choices available to me as a measure of
elementary skills. Since the district does not have student technology
standards, that I know of, how are all of you assigning your grades? I
could say that compared to the rest of the fifth graders in my school, a
student is considered proficient, or I could say that compared to the ISTE
standards, the fifth grader is not proficient. What standards are the rest
of you using to define what is proficient in the elementary grades?
PS thanks all of you to my question last week about software on machines
which are donated to students.
