--- TIC-TECH message:
This sounds like a really unbelievable solution to a problem. The distict
doesn't have enough money so we have to buy new equipment instead of getting
recycled goods for free!!

Subject: Tic-Tech: table shortage?
--- TIC-TECH message:
According to Lloyd Wallace, Surplus is no longer operating due to budget
cuts. I assume the district is still storing at least some items,
especially with the remodeled schools receiving new furniture. Though
not a
near term solution, maybe the trick is to contact schools that will be
moving into their newly remodeled spaces in the fall.

Subject: Tic-Tech: table shortage?
--- TIC-TECH message:
As a follow-up to my request for tables the other day, I wondered if
other schools are experiencing the same sort of thing? New computers,
but no place to put them. It was suggested I maybe contact someone
outside the district, but I am really not sure that the district has a
shortage of tables. Seems like surplus always has tons of stuff....
Does anyone have more to offer on this? I'm getting real tired of
looking at levy computers sitting on the floor. Thanks - Mark
