--- TIC-TECH message:
At Cooper we are experiencing what sounds like similar problems with some
new Dell Optiplex GX150 workstations. In our case it is the floppy drives
of several machines being non-responsive and unable to read. I had to
completely remove the drive from its housing and then it worked fine. Seems
to be some kind of design flaw or faulty installation.

Subject: Tic-Tech: cd problems on new Dells
--- TIC-TECH message:
We have a few new Dell levy computers which are experiencing strange and
inconsistent responses from the cd buttons. Some do not respond, or
respond hours later, and some stick out while others are flush with the
case. Has anyone done any investigating and found some satisfactory
answers to the above-mentioned problems? Thanks - Mark
