    Matt,

    I believe that Windows 98 and up ship with 'Front Page Lite' or something
    like
    that. It is a stripped down version of Front Page, found in the Accessories
    menu. You can also change Word documents to HTML quite easily (in the File
    menu, select "Save As HTML"). Good Luck.
