I purchased the Macromedia Web Studio last year for $199 myself and love it.
To find these great deals you follow the links for education. At some point
you'll come across a page asking whether or not you qualify for the
education discount (you will). This link gets you to the page with the
latest version for a single-user ($199), but bypasses the page I mention
