    Dear Tic Techers,

    Just a note to inform interested parties that Apple has extended its offer
    of free Jaguar OS 10.2 operating system until March 31st. This is available
    to all teachers for school or personal use. Our staff applied in large
    numbers and we have received many licenses for Jaguar. Our lab has
    converted almost completely to OS 10.2, and our Graphics Lab will be
    converting soon.

    In contrast to Apple's first release of OSX, the 10.2 release has effective
    security enhancements which resemble FoolProof, allowing one to put all but
    the necessary applications off limits to users.
