    Mark,

We can provide you with information on configuring the full Outlook client
and some guidelines for IMAP clients. We'll get this together and forward it
    as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I urge everyone to try the new version of web-based mail
(webmail or edumail). The functionality is very good and there are real
advantages - you don't have to configure it, you can connect to it from
anywhere, and if someone sends you a large attachment you'll get the
opportunity to decide whether or not to try opening it (a particular
advantage if you're on a slow connection).

    Thanks,
    Judy

    -tictech message:

    Hi all,
A couple weeks ago we were notified that popmail would no longer access our
seattleschools email accounts, as of March 24th.

I wondered if anyone had found a document, website, or whatever to explain
the changes necessary for those who currently access their seattleschools
accounts via popmail (outlook express, outlook, eudora, etc) - from home
and/or school. There are several staff in my building who are in that boat.
What I'm looking for is a document with screenshots, what to fill in what
field, etc, to make the transition to either IMAP or the full Outlook
client. I would like to be able to either hand something out, or point
people to a web site, maybe even a FAQ page. Thanks - Mark
