Rules of the Road for tictech, as of April 1, 2003. This message is sent at
the beginning of the month to all list members. Tictech is a moderated email
list for the discussion and sharing of technology related education issues
    in Seattle and beyond.

(April Thoughts: The new version of OWA <Outlook Web Access, a.k.a.
Webmail/Edumail> now handles list messages just fine. Just a reminder that
tictech is open to anyone interested in technology in Seattle's schools.
District employees do not necessarily need to be subscribed from their
district email account. If you have questions about this, please let me
    know. Thanks - moderator Mark)

Messages to tictech fall into four general categories:
    1) Distribution of information - timely information critical to technology
    in Seattle's schools

web sites, hardware/software reviews, educational technology in general,
    etc.
