    --- TIC-TECH message:
    Hi All,
There has been a furious and passionate debate the last couple of days on
WWWEDU, Andy Carvin's list. It's been about filtering, and some of the
folks participating have made great (and sometimes outrageous) points.
Ferdi Serim, Patrick Green, Nancy Willard, Art Wolinsky, Ted Nellen, John
Adsit, etc - some great thinkers on educational technology really letting
their thoughts fly. The WWWEDU home page is
http://edweb.gsn.org/wwwedu.html, and the link to the recent discussions
is http://www.wested.org/hyper-discussions/wwwedu/2000/ - go down to "More
on filtering" or "OII blocked by filters". The interface is just like the
    Tic-Tech archive. - Mark
