I was just looking through some old e-mails and found this one. I have come
up with a patch to make it so that users can NOT make any changes on
Internet Explorer's settings. Of course, I also have another patch to
return IE to allowing changes. I don't know if these would work with Netscape.
If anyone is interested in blocking users from changing Internet Explorer's
configuration, including Home Page, let me know and I'll dig it up?
