Tic-Tech: OWA Display of "Read" Messages

Recently Wes Felty reported that OWA would display only "Unread" messages.
Once a message had been read in either Outlook or OWA, it no longer showed
up on OWA.

In continuing to research the problems Wes observed, we just recently found
reports that other organizations had also experienced the disappearance of
"Read" messages from OWA. So it's likely that there is a bug in OWA code, or
a configuration parameter issue that hasn't been addressed. We're continuing
our research on the problem, and will let you know as soon as we have more
information.
