    --- TIC-TECH message:
I recently made the switch from cks to Exchange. While most things have
gone smoothly, one significant problem has emerged.

When sending or receiving email, I've noticed a delay of on average 15-30
minutes (and sometimes many hours) between the time the message is sent and
the time that it is received. I was informed by the Helpdesk that this
delay is due to the fact that the district is presently screening all emails
    for viruses.

Is there anything that can be done to speed things up? This has made
    communicating via email quite difficult.

I feel like I've gone from a $25 phone that does little more than reliably
connect calls to a top-of-the-line $300 phone with every feature known to
man that requires 6 operators to place a call down the street...

    Jeff
