Tic-Tech: Allied Telesyn Switches from GrayBar?

I thought that I should pass this along. Some people replied to my
question about how timely they received the Allied Telesyn switches, which
are the district standard, from GrayBar Electronic. All of the answers
were "a couple of days". So, you can be switching to switches quite
quickly.

I'm getting quite a collection of old Hubs as I'm replacing them with
Switches and bringing the network segments down to "one Hub (Switch) hop".
It's great to see computers coming up to 100 Mbps speeds from 10 Mbps.
