    Sorry to jump in from the outside, but I think this an excellent example of how you might use a free online tool called iMatrix.

    This software was originally developed by a Technology Innovation Challenge Grant in Utah (SURWEB) and now is available in Washington from the Cascade Consortium (www.cc5.org). There is both a PDF tutorial and a link at the site for you to use. The project director for your Innovation grant has talked about having a training on using this resource. Take a look at it and let them know if you find this useful.
