WHAT IF THEY HAD AN EARTH DAY CELEBRATION AND NO ONE CAME?
It happened here in Seattle yesterday. There were more people in the
little cafe where I had breakfast than attending the Seattle Earth Day
event at the waterfront on Sunday - and that was before the rain.
This was especially depressing in light of recent administration attempts
to cut and dismantle environmental initiatives at many levels.
People who would like to include environmental issues in their teaching
are invited to take advantage of some of the electronic links I picked up
