    --- TIC-TECH message:
It might be a good idea to go into why having photos and names of kids on a
Web page is a bad idea. Photos of kids on the public Internet can make up
a shopping service for pedephiles. And, when a pedephiles can park outside
a school, which conveniently lists its address on its Web page, and call a
kid by name, he has a lot more chance of talking the kid into his car. So,
putting kids' pictures and names on a public Web Page, with or without a
parental release is a very dangerous idea.
