I have a stack of forms that have parent signatures, but nothing checked
off. The only thing I can think to do is make phone calls to those parents.
In a school of 1600+ that's a daunting task. My guess is that they didn't
read the form carefully and might be signing to give permission to use the
web.
Some have names and signatures I can't read - just as bad.
A few parents DID check that they didn't want their students work on the
Internet.
I'm referring it to our building tech committee.
