--- TIC-TECH message:
At Hay we have had many of the internet use forms filled out and
returned. About a third of the student population. Most were
not signed, so we disregarded them, but there are about 50 so far that are
signed by the parent, but no check marks chosen
(which the text of the form says nothing about). I believe that these are
families that think they are signing the form to GIVE
permission to thier student. We are still talking about how to deal with
these forms (they are still coming in). A lot of phone
calls will have to be made methinks. However, parents have been signing
forms to give permisson for years. I guess I
shouldn't be surprised about the confusion.
