Mark brings up a good point. The migration that will take place on
Presidents' Day will have a heavier impact on administrative buildings than
it will on schools. That's because teachers were migrated to SeattleSchools
    back in November.

Those who migrated to the new domain in November will see only one change
from next week's migration - effective Tuesday, 2/19, they will be able to
use either edumail or webmail to get their mail.

School administrative staff who have been logging in to Montana will be
affected by next week's migration. They will need to type SeattleSchools in
place of Montana when they log in. (BTW, the domain names are not case
    sensitive.)

    Thanks,
    Judy

Just in case you have missed this, here's the latest explanation of the
migration (sent to all seattleschools.org account holders). In our school,
this applies to THREE computers (out of 120+). - Mark

For the transition to be smooth - we really need everyone to leave their
computers turned on, but logged out for the mid-winter break.

    What does this mean?

Anyplace you used to type Montana, you should now type seattleschools.
If you continue to try to log into the Montana domain (either when your
machine starts up, or when you attempt to connect to Outlook) it will
    fail.

Keep in mind that this does NOT affect student workstations, nor does
it affect machines that don't log into the Montana domain. If you log
into your own school domain (Ballard, Cooper, etc), you are likely
unaffected except perhaps for Outlook use.
