Hi Mark, Tony, and Janice and all,

Thanks for sharing your classroom, school-wide and district-wide tech
successes with us. It is exciting to hear about all of the great learning
going on with the aid of technology.

Our big step this year at Graham Hill Elementary is making imovies. The
music teacher is finishing up a movie showing the process of producing the
annual spring musical. A second grade class has documented the year long
procees of learning through a unit on ancient Greece. The kindergarten
teachers made a movie with the kids learning through science and art. A 4/5
class made a movie using a time machine theme to study history. Next year I
hope to see more classes involved. We have one still and one video digital
camera, and I was glad to learn from tichtech about using a regular
camcorder with digital conversion. Thanks for the information!

My goal for next year is to get Powerpoint on all of the computers in the
building. This way we will be able to work on a project on the imacs in the
classrooms or the PCs in the computer center, save on the server, and
continue to work from any computer in the building. This will be a big step
    in integrating technology.

Thanks to everyone for sharing their thoughts and information on tichtech.
    Have a great summer.
