    Thanks for your rapid reply.
By upgradingthe software does that mean that every upload (I'm assuming .exe
extensions are the target for this issue) will not be allowed without
    review?
If so I'll become very familiar with the review process and have to wait
through the review process to upload any of this type.

What did this upgrade to? Is there a descriptionof what the upgrade does?
Can you let us know before or soon after about upgrades and changes that
    effect operations?

It's not a change in policy, but we did upgrade the software. There are
almost always small changes with any major upgrade. By the way, I do hope
    you enjoy the increased throughput!

Please email filterreview@seattleschools.org if you have any issues like
this. The filter review requests are forwarded to a team for review, and
are taken seriously. Make sure you include the complete URL for the http
site you are having difficulties with.

We will make every effort to make sure that the filter process doesn't keep
you from being able to do your work.

    Thanks for your patience!

Just tried to down load an authorized upgrade to my Norton utilities
installed on my (non-levy) teacher desktop and was blocked frome th webpage
    by the filter.

This seems to be a new twist in the filter adgenda. Am I the only one who is
experiencing this opportunity (There are no problems; only additional
opportunities.)? Is there a work around or has there been a change in SSD
policies? How can I get those authorized upgrades?
