tictech: New procedures for attachments?

On the new procedures where we can get an attachment forwarded immediately
with an icon on the e-mail...I take it that this will only work on
computers that are logged onto the ssd domain? Is this the
case? Hopefully, it isn't just to office staff with "hard wired" IP
addresses?
