I would call Dell directly. Have the service code and express code handy
it you get through quite fast. The Service code is a short 5-8 digit
alphanumeric code beside a bar code. I think the two codes may be right
inside the little door on the front for the extra ports. If not, on the
back or side.

I've turned on several of these and had no problem so the problem isn't
district wide. (But, I sat these computers up myself so they have to
behave <grin>.
