    Good Morning,
    I think the negative response is the wrong way to go. Parents are confused
    about it and sign it and return it thinking they are giving permission to
    use the internet. Also, as you ask Mark, just how long do we wait to get it
    back? And how many parents never see the form in the first place? I
    downloaded the form from the district site that has a place for both the
    student and parent signature (Forms for Student Sign-Off: internet use
    agreement-Elementary) and am using this form so that I have a definite
    response from the parent on file. This form will be kept for as long as the
    student is at Graham Hill.
