A note of explanation about an email I sent last week. I thanked Wes Felty
for "getting the ball rolling on this". It was then followed by a
description of the ET position. I did not mean to imply that Wes had
anything to do with the development of the ET position. I meant to thank
him for forwarding the position description to the tictech list. Apologies
