Hi all,
Join us tomorrow (Wednesday, November 13) for our regular monthly session on
virtual field trips at 7 p.m. Eastern (4 p.m. Pacific) at TAPPED IN.
Immediately following that session, I'm honored to be joining Michael
Hutchison in his Social Studies Forum (also at TAPPED IN) at 8 p.m. Eastern
(5 p.m. Pacific) to focus on some social studies virtual field trips. Hope
you can make it to one or both of the sessions!
For a description of the Virtual Field Trips session beginning at 4, read

DESCRIPTION: Come explore the virtual field trips at Field Trips Site and
learn about some little known features of these trips. All of these field
trips have a consistent user-interface that helps to make classroom Internet
use more focused and efficient.
WHERE: Go to the TAPPED IN website at www.tappedin.org , log in as a "guest"
and follow the instructions on screen. TAPPED IN help desk personnel will be
on hand to assist new users. It's recommended that new users log in at
least 10 minutes prior to the session in case they need assistance getting
to the session.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me by replying to this
email.
Hope to see you there!
