tictech: scanners on CWS machines

Has anyone had any luck getting scanners scanning on the CWS computers as a
normal user? I can scan OK under my # account but as a normal user, all I
get is that the registry has been reset and an abort. I have used RegEdt32
to set the permissions for users to Full Control but I believe these are
being overwritten by the OU Profile.
