The really cheap way to go is to cut up corrugated boxes. 8" x 40". Fold
into a wedge. Secure with masking tape. Use a clothes pin to attach copy.

I have a Curtis brand copy clip attached to every monitor in my lab. They
come with a strip of velco that that double-stick tape. I've also attached
them to the monitors in our 5th grade classrooms. They've been used for
    six
years and I haven't had one break yet :) You can usually find them at
office supply stores, but they don't have many on the shelf for sale. I
    had
            to order mine in advance.

We use them for everything. The kids put their hand-written drafts up so
they can type up projects. Kindergarten uses them as well to type
    sentences
that we've come up with to compliment what they're doing in class. They
    can
copy the sentence and then add clip-art that goes with the sentence. The
copy clips come in very handy! Hope this helps,

It has been suggested that I buy a device that the students can stand/clip
their work onto when they keyboard.

Anyone have a secret invention they want to share? How long can I expect
these items to last? Sounds like a "consumable" to me.

            Thoughts?
