    Hi all,
We made a bad software purchase, and I'm looking for suggestions. Here's
the deal: Last June we purchased site licenses for Type to Learn (Sunburst,
$699) and Zoo Zillions (Broderbund, $499). We finally just got our network
and client machines together enough to consider installing the software.
And, as you may have guessed, we realized we should have bought network
versions, NOT site licenses. Same price on either. We bought the software
from Learning Services - you know them, I'm sure.

Their response has been to deny our request to exchange site licenses for
network versions. One of our staff members has hung on like a bulldog,
talking to everyone in the company she could reach. For several days. No
    dice.

We don't have any more money. Individual installations of the software will
not do. Any ideas? Thanks! - Mark
