    Mark
We had a really smooth rollout at Ballard. Only problems are/were that
there were other machines in the building that looked the same as the
rollout Dell's and so were reimaged (all my backup files on my
stand-alone for one) and the other issue was printer setup. Since for
awhile no on in the building was authorized to setup printers the
process was a little slow and sometimes when the printers were setup it
was to a printer that the user wasn't authorized to use (ie in the
middle of someone else's classroom). All in all it was really swift,
clean, and very well done. Usage on the other hand would be better if
teachers had more rights to utilize in teaching.
    Mary Davison, Ballard
